The company "OASIS - Coolers & Water Filters" (14 Evripidou, 15562 Cholargos, Athens Attica) hereinafter referred to as "Organizer", organizes a competition called "Summer Is Here" (hereinafter "Competition") on the website https://bit.ly/3ipPhOT(hereinafter referred to as the Website) in accordance with the following terms.
1. Acceptance of terms and Privacy Statement
The participation in the Competition and the possible awarding of prizes, in this context, presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all the present terms, even if they are modified in the future, as defined below. These Terms have been posted on the Website.
If someone does not accept these Terms of participation and / or the collection and processing of his personal data, he should not participate in the Contest.
2. Conditions of Participation.

3. Duration of the Competition.
The Contest will be conducted through the Website, from Friday, August 6, 2021, starting from the moment of publishing the content (post) related to this Contest until Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
The computer at the disposal of the Organizer is the official timing instrument of the Competition, based on which the start time, the end time, as well as the time of active sending of the participation or obvious receipt of the participation in the Competition is defined.
Entries submitted before the start or after the end of the Competition are automatically considered non-existent and do not lead to any result, nor are they binding on the Organizers and / or any third party.
4. How to Participate in the Competition.

6. How to nominate the Winners.
1. 7. Informing the Winners.
The lucky winner of the Prize will be notified by a message on the Website and in particular by posting a comment under the post of the Competition. After this date (08.09.2021), the Organizer is released from any responsibility for the return of the Gifts, and reserves the right to cancel unreleased Gifts, or to dispose of them by any procedure or freely at its sole discretion.
For the avoidance of doubt, no participant is considered or legitimized as the final winner under these terms, unless the return to this Prize has been completed in accordance with the provisions herein. The refusal to accept the Gift and the invalid or cancellable participation in the Competition imply the final loss of the right to claim the Gift.
8. Receipt of the Gift.

9. Exclusion of participants.
In case of manipulation or technical violation of the participation process or any other reprehensible or unfair practice, violation of these Terms, applicable law or any right of a third party, the Organizer will have the right, even in their uncontrolled judgment, to cancel the participation. afterwards, and not to nominate the specific participant as the winner.
