Product returns
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement
a) in all cases in which, through proven fault of OASIS, wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged (not during transport), with poor packaging, etc. Pi.).

b) in all cases in which there was a problem / actual defect in the product (operation or quality) covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by OASIS. This provision does not cover products covered by third party warranties such as the product manufacturer or his representative.
In all these cases, the customer has the choice either from the beginning not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receiving it, to return the product, within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product (to agree with IMEI) and be in excellent condition. In case they are not returned within 14 days then OASIS may not accept any return and replacement. In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen(14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced-repair must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Ap. Retail and so on). Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult the OASIS Online Store.
In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
- the buyer is considered a consumer within the meaning of Law 2251/94. A consumer is defined as any natural person who acts for reasons that do not fall under his commercial, business, industrial or freelancing professional activity.
- contact our Online Store the same day you receive or the next business day at the latest
- the product has not been used
- the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Rep. etc.)
Specifically:
- In case any item you received is problematic you can bring / send the product to OASIS, where you will be charged the shipping cost. If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it immediately for free
- In case we sent you the wrong item, we send you the right one and bear the cost of transport, old and new product
- In case it does not work for you, you can change it within 14 days with its complete packaging , assuming the cost of transport.

Once water has entered the cooler it can not be returned
for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Warranty - Terms of Use
All new coolers sold by our store are covered by at least a 1 year warranty and 6 months the used. The warranty of a product in no case covers damages caused by mishandling, misuse, incorrect connection, different voltage, short circuit, fire, high or low temperature, humidity, weather phenomena (lightning, flood, sun exposure, etc.) . Especially for the compressor, after normal operation for a month, you do not recognize damage within warranty. In case of damage to a product due to a defect and covered by the warranty, you will be charged the shipping costs to and from our headquarters.
Products without their original packaging or after two weeks from their purchase, are not replaced or returned.
Products that were not sought after by the service after one
month from their receipt, are going to be destroyed.
Service
Terms
Within the service network of our service in Athens and depending on the damage
of the cooler, there is the possibility of a visit and repair at the customer's place. In these cases
there is a visit fee, which is deducted from the total cost if the customer proceeds with a repair. If
the repair cannot be done on site, the customer bears the cost of shipping the cooler to our
headquarters. The warranty is covered free of charge at our headquarters. In case of warranty repair at
the customer's place, there is a visit cost.
For the repairs - service carried out at our
headquarters, in case there is damage to a cooler that is not covered by the warranty, an estimate of
the repair cost is made and the customer is informed. The customer is obliged to receive the cooler from
our service within 30 days. After this period of time the cooler will go to destruction without further
warning.
* Due to excessive changes in mains water pressure, Oasis does not undertake any free repair or compensation in case of leaks.
* The customer is required to have a surge protector and a water pressure reducer on the water cooler or filters. If this condition does not exist, our Company will not assume any compensation or claim from the customer and any repair will be charged even if the system is under warranty.
* The customer is responsible for the proper operation, maintenance and proper condition of their product.
User Agreement
The visitor / user of the pages and services of the
Network gives his consent to the following terms of use, which apply to all content,
pages, graphics, images, photos and files included in the Network.
Therefore, he must read these terms carefully before
visiting or using the pages and services of the Network.
