Annual Maintenance for Mains-Connected Water Coolers | 1+1 Maintenance Visits Every 6 Months, Sterilization & Descaling

What the Maintenance Includes

Each maintenance visit includes replacing the system's 2 filters, sterilizing and descaling the tanks and piping, and checking that the system is working correctly. This ensures proper hygiene of the system and prevents limescale damage, so you can enjoy perfectly clean cold and hot water for years.

• Stage 1 – INLINE PPF polypropylene filter, 1μm permeability, for trapping suspended particles, rust, dirt, turbidity, sludge, coarse asbestos fibers, small stones, and foreign particles
• Stage 2 – INLINE GAC granular activated carbon filter made from the finest coconut shell quality, trapping chlorine, chlorine byproducts, pesticides, and chemicals, noticeably improving the taste of the water
• Sterilization & descaling of the cooler's tanks and piping
• Check of correct operation of the entire system

Maintenance Options Breakdown

1. 6-Month Maintenance – €75 + VAT: Pay separately each time maintenance is due, with no commitment for the next 6-month period. Ideal if you want to try the service or prefer not to prepay for the whole year.
2. Annual Prepayment with -€20 + VAT Discount – €130 (2 x €65): Prepay both maintenance visits for the year together and save €20 + VAT compared to the individual price (€150 → €130). You secure maintenance for the whole year in advance at a better price, with a free reminder for the second visit.
3. Annual Prepayment with Extra -€40 + VAT Discount (CTO Only) – €110 (2 x €55): The biggest saving: €40 + VAT cheaper than the individual price (€150 → €110). This package does not include the PP filter; instead of the GAC, a CTO activated carbon filter is installed, for the lowest annual maintenance cost.

Additional Information

• The package includes two maintenance visits every 6 months for one cooler. The maximum interval allowed between the two visits is 6 months
• Free reminder service, so you're notified in good time for the second maintenance visit
• The cooler must be connected to the water and power supply and operating normally, so that maintenance can be carried out
• Maintenance visits are carried out by a specialized technician from our company, only within our service network and only during our business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:30 - 16:30), by appointment after a phone call. Alternatively, you can bring your cooler to our service department at our premises
• Maintenance is carried out every 6 months only under conditions of proper use: no excessive use by many people, use of normal mains water, and closing the hot water switch daily
