The Oasis 38TB2-FF is the upgraded version of the series: same compact countertop design, enhanced silent compressor and the same trusted 7-stage filter bottle — now with improved reliability and longer lifespan.

Fill the bottle from your tap and enjoy ice-cold, hot or ambient water in seconds. No carrying bottles, no plumbing, no contracts. Perfect for homes, offices, clinics, tutoring centres and any space that needs clean water at any time.

Dispensing options: 3 independent taps — Cold with adjustable thermostat, Hot with child safety lock, and Room temperature. Operates with filtered tap water — no plumbing connection required.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I replace the filter on the 38TB2-FF?

Under normal usage conditions, replacement is recommended every 3 months. A full unit cleaning is advised every 6 months, preferably during winter.

Does it require a plumbing connection?

No. Fill the bottle with tap water, place it on the cooler and plug into a standard 220 V outlet. That's it.

How much electricity does it use?

~90 W for cooling and ~550 W instantaneous for heating. Independent ON/OFF switches for each function.

What does the warranty cover?

2 years with full coverage from the official OASIS support network in Greece.

Filter Preparation before First Use

Rinse the filter thoroughly under running tap water (lukewarm, not hot).
Submerge it in a bowl of water and leave to soak for 1–2 days.
Rinse again until the water runs clear with no carbon dust.
Screw the filter onto the bottle, fill it, place it on the cooler and discard the first full load of water.
The unit is now ready for normal use.

Installation & Maintenance

Place the unit on a stable, flat surface with at least 10 cm of clearance at the back for ventilation.
Fit the bottle with the prepared filter and fill with tap water.
Let water run from all three taps before plugging into the outlet.
Dispense several glasses from each tap before the first normal use.
