Water Analysis Packages

Package 1: Microbiological & Physicochemical Analysis

The first package covers the essential safety checks and is the necessary first step in any water quality assessment.

Microbiological Analysis:
Total Plate Count 22°C & 37°C, Total Coliforms, E. coli, Enterococci

Full Physicochemical Analysis — Anions & Cations:

Basic parameters: pH, Conductivity, Colour, Turbidity, Total Hardness
Anions: Fluoride, Chloride, Nitrite, Nitrate, Phosphate, Sulphate
Cations: Sodium, Ammonium, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium

Note: If Package 1 results are satisfactory, we proceed to Package 2 for full confirmation.

Package 2: Heavy Metals & Pesticides

The second package screens for hazardous substances that are invisible to the naked eye and require specialist laboratory analysis. If you also want to improve your water quality, browse our full range of water filters.

How much water is needed for the analysis?

A sealed 500ml plastic bottle is all you need. We recommend filling it directly from the tap or source you use daily, after letting the water run for a few seconds first.

How long does it take to receive the results?

Results are sent as soon as the analysis is complete. Turnaround time depends on the package you choose — please contact us for exact delivery timelines.

Can I request a cadmium-only analysis?

Yes, a standalone cadmium (Cd) test is available. If you have a specific concern about this heavy metal, you can order this test on its own. For a full picture of your water quality, however, the Comprehensive Package is recommended.

Can I test water from a filter or water cooler?

Absolutely. You can test any water source: tap, mains filter, water cooler, borehole or bottled water. Testing is particularly useful to confirm that your filter or cooler is performing effectively.

How often should I test my water?

For domestic use, at least once a year is recommended — or whenever you notice a change in taste, smell or colour. For commercial premises or boreholes, regular testing is even more important.
